  • Remote access to the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) or Rest and Restore Protocol™ (RRP), so you can engage in therapy from the comfort of home.
  • Collaborative monitoring of your responses, with adjustments to your listening plan as needed to keep you moving toward calm, regulation, and resilience.
  • Ongoing messaging support for light guidance, so you’re never navigating your journey alone.

Most supportive for:

Those with prior experience with somatic therapy or somatic practices and/or who are currently working alongside a somatic therapist or mental health therapist. Offers greater independence with light support as needed.

If you already have a foundation in somatic work, are currently working with a somatic or mental health therapist, and if you are particularly self-motivated, the Self-Guided Explorer option gives you the space and freedom to move at your own pace while still having a supportive framework when you need it. This option is valid only if you are pursuing the Rest and Restore Protocol™ (RRP) but is not valid for the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).

You’ll begin with a 60-minute onboarding session to set up your program, clarify your goals, and create a listening plan that feels right for your system. From there, you’ll have remote access to the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) or the Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP), allowing you to listen independently while staying connected through messaging support and light guidance as needed.

If you’re looking to deepen your connection to your nervous system through independent exploration with thoughtful support close at hand, this option offers the perfect blend of freedom, structure, and trust.

*Available only to active SSP or RRP participants. Must be located within 20 minutes of Wheat Ridge, CO.
